To reduce our carbon footprint, as far as possible, Boxted St Peter’s will use text messages and emails to correspond and distribute a range of communications to parents including newsletters, information regarding trips and events and other important updates.
To ensure that we all experience maximum benefit from this service, we would ask all parents to notify us if/when you change your mobile number and/or email address.
Parents may opt out of this service if they wish and can do so via the school office.
Online Payments
Boxted St Peter’s offers a facility for parents and carers to make online payments for school activities, such trips, as well as ordering and paying for school meals.
The service allows for a more streamlined, cost-effective and efficient payment collection system in a secure and safe environment. All transaction charges are covered by the school.
From time to time you will receive an email from the school inviting you to access a website as an option to make a payment for an activity.
Parents’ Evening Booking System
To ensure parents get a time that is suitable to them, we use SchoolCloud as our booking system.
When we schedule a new Parents’ Evening, a link will be sent to your mobile phone or email address which will take you to our online booking system to select a time convenient for you. If you need further assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact the school office or speak with your child’s class teacher.
